From new construction and luxury custom homes to thoughtful remodels, we provide a hands-on, turnkey building experience rooted in integrity, clear guidance, and careful attention to detail. Whether you are beginning with a lot, exploring design possibilities, or looking for a builder who can bring your plans to life, our team is here to help you create a home that feels personal, functional, and built to last.
Meet Tom Cusick
Tom Cusick is a second-generation home builder with a lifelong connection to construction, design, and residential development. After years of industry experience, he founded Thomas Cusick Custom Homes to bring a more thoughtful, detail-driven approach to custom building in Dallas, Farmers Branch, Brookhaven Country Club, and surrounding DFW communities.
Tom’s passion for building is rooted in the belief that a home should be both a sanctuary and a statement. His hands-on approach helps ensure each project reflects the client’s goals, from architectural planning and material selections to outdoor living, interior flow, and final finishing details.
Under Tom’s leadership, Thomas Cusick Custom Homes has completed more than 50 new construction homes and countless remodels throughout the DFW Metroplex, earning a reputation for quality work, attentive service, and homes that are tailored to the way people truly live.
Homes Designed Around the Way You Live
Our homes often feature open-concept living, clever interior planning, expansive outdoor living areas, luxury finishes, golf course views, guest accommodations, game rooms, studies, wine rooms, screened patios, and other details that make daily life more enjoyable.
Whether you are building from the ground up or reimagining an existing property, our team can help you create a home that balances beauty, comfort, and function. Learn more about our home remodeling projects or browse completed custom homes for inspiration.
A Thomas Cusick Custom Home is never one-size-fits-all. We design and build homes around real lifestyles, including how families gather, entertain, work, relax, and enjoy their surroundings.
